Dear all, 

We are at the launch point for our website, Elevation Athletic Training. The idea first started after a conversation with a good friend. We both shared the desire to support and guide today’s youth to be healthy, active productive adults, and become tomorrow’s leaders. We are now seeing our goal of helping kids gain confidence and skills. I could not have done this if not for the existing programs with the same values and vision as our own.

Elevation believes in equipping all to tap into their full potential. With the mentorship element of our mission, we understand that not all come from the same background.  We are committed to giving the opportunity to all kids no matter their socioeconomic status. We strive to ensure that all will be given the same instruction and exposure and the benefit of our years of experience and knowledge. We believe that we can bridge that gap and, in effect, BRIDGE COMMUNITIES.

Two of our immediate needs are seeking support for partnerships:  1. “Bambu Technologies” (Build-Your-Own Bamboo Bike Mentorship Program) and our 2.  “Yoga + Wellness workshop.” As we are an organization rooted in community, our goals can only be reached with the help of others. You can contribute any amount to a specific program or to Elevation in general. All gifts are tax deductible as ELEVATION is a 501c3 organization.

Support and Sponsorship has already enabled Elevation to debut its services and mission. Through a friend who is the current Park Director for Los Angeles Parks and Recreation, I met one young lady and her family who are homeless. She works as a summer youth counselor with exemplary leadership skills and work ethic according to all who know her. After hearing her story, Elevation equipped her and her siblings with the clothes, and school supplies (even some Laker swag) as they prepared to attend the next school semester.
